Permission and Final Locations

In order to be able to film all of my music video I needed to gain permission from the school to be able to use a certain room, the Principal's office waiting area. This location will be used to symbolise the exclusion of Conor from school. However, in order to be able to do this I needed permission. I have included below the email I sent to my Principal's PA to ask for the permission to use this location:

In terms of other location in order to film the classroom scenes I need to have a full classroom in order for it to be effective and look realistic, in order to do this I have asked my Media teacher who is also a fellow English teacher to use one of her classes while I am in a free period, this has allowed to have a supervised class of students and gain a realistic effect. However, I am under a time constraint of 15 mins as she still has to teach her class. She has sent and email out to her class to check that everyone is okay for them to be included in the filming of my production. The email is below:

This email was sent to the entire class that could possibly be present on the day, this way everyone has given me their permission to be featured in the film avoiding any issues later on once the footage has been filmed.

Due to the time constraints on this section of filming however, I have created a shot/filming plan to help me understand what needs done and what I will require on the day it is below:
