Storyboard Re-Draft

After looking at the completed storyboard and getting feedback from my teacher we concluded that filming in the office would be logistically difficult this is because I would have to gain permission and I would also have to try and not get in the way of the employees of the office which would be difficult. Therefore, we decided to change the setting from an office to a school this would be easier to film and still fit in with the narrative of social pressure.

I have thus, re-drafted certain scenes from the storyboard to suit the new location they are located below:

This is the time-lapse shot that will replace shot number 35, previously the shot was of a time lapsed office of every employee leaving except this time it will be students and not office employees making it a lot easier to film. I also considered using a slow dolly to do this as well although this would take quite a while and need a lot of practice in order to get it right.

This shot will replace the shot of the work employee being fired by his boss to a similar scene only the student is being told he is being excluded by the principal.

This is a new shot that I decided to add as I thought it would fit in well with the rest of the scene in the school, this shot will be from within the pupils locker of him emptying it, this is to symbolise him leaving school for the last time.

This is a shot of the character walking out of the classroom past his friends and fellow classmates to replace the scene in which the character leaves the office.

This shot will replace the scene of the office character picking up his box of things and leaving with the scene of the character collecting his bag of belongings from his locker and leaving. 

This is a scene of the characters teacher telling him to leave the class, this will replace the scene of the characters boss asking him to come to the office. 

This will be the shot that will replace the over the shoulder shot of the characters computer screen and instead we will see him trying to do his work. 

This shot will be used to replace the walking in late into the office shot in the previous storyboard, the character will still be late, however, the shot will now dolly alongside the characters as he walks to his seat.

This concludes the redrafted shots, I hope this can provide a clear insight into the new setting of the music production.
