GOT IT!... Permission that is!

I have just received an email from my contact at Sony Music, Elizabeth Peers and she has granted me permission to use Faithless for my music video. A copy of her response is below:

Dear Ross,
RE: “Insomnia” performed by Faithless (‘the Recording’)
Thank you for your email requesting permission to synchronise the above Recording.
We (Sony Music) hereby grant you permission to synchronise the Recording with your A2 Level Media Production coursework only. The Recording must not be reproduced or broadcast except as part of your academic studies and you must adhere to the following conditions;-
1.         The Recording must be used as detailed in your original email only and as mentioned above and in no other manner whatsoever. Should any further exhibition or commercial exploitation of the Recording be required, please contact the undersigned in writing at the address given herein or as otherwise directed by Sony Music.
2.         You hereby indemnify Sony Music against all liabilities which may arise from the use of the Recording.
3.         An MCPS Licence may be required. They represent the publishers of musical works when their songs are re-recorded. Applications specifying the nature and extent of the music to be re- recorded should be directed to; PRS For Music, Telephone 020 7580 5544
4.         Sony Music reserve the right not to extend or grant any further rights in the Recording other than as granted herein.
5.         Credit “Insomnia” performed by Faithless (p) 1996 Sony Music Entertainment UK Limited

This was great news as it meant I had the opportunity to create the music video for one of my favorite songs of all time. However, she has outlined a few things such as I have to 'credit' the song in the video and must not do anything that is not outlined in the original email.
